Greetings Attendees of the Grand Masters, Grand Matrons and Grand Patrons Conference:
Welcome to the beautiful River City of Louisville, Kentucky! We look forward to your arrival and attendance at the conference. For your enjoyment we have planned the following activities:
Thursday, May 15th - History and Culture at its best!
- We were able to schedule to a tour of the Ali Center. We worked hard to ensure that the best got the best so our tour rate is $5.00 donation per person.
- There is a shopping trip tentatively scheduled if there is enough free time and folks that want to go transportation and escorts will be standing by the fare is $10.00 per person.
- For those desiring outside entertainment transportation to the casino is available, departing at 6:00 p.m. and returning around 11:00 p.m., the cost is $15.00 per person.
Friday, May 16th
- A real southern hospitality party is planned to welcome you to our city. It will be held at the Yearling Club on west Broadway in Louisville, beginning at 8:00 p.m.
Note:
Transportation will make a daily trip to the casino—departing at 6:00 p.m. and returning at 11:00 p.m.
Transportation to and from the airport is available--cost one way is $15.00; roundtrip $25.00.
Reservations for all above trips/activities will be honored on a first paid basis.
